De hecho, investigaciones desde hace al menos dos d\u00e9cadas en diversas problem\u00e1ticas (ansiedad, estr\u00e9s, depresi\u00f3n, fobias, adicciones, trastornos de alimentaci\u00f3n, s\u00edntomas psicosom\u00e1ticos, prevenci\u00f3n del suicidio, duelo, trauma, insomnio, etc.) han demostrado que es <strong>igual de eficaz que la terapia presencial<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero adem\u00e1s, la terapia online permite una mayor\u00a0<strong>accesibilidad<\/strong>, ya que no existe el problema de la distancia, y adem\u00e1s, al no ser necesario el desplazamiento, tambi\u00e9n hay una mayor<strong>\u00a0flexibilidad horaria<\/strong>. Por otro lado, para muchos resulta m\u00e1s\u00a0<strong>c\u00f3modo<\/strong>\u00a0atender a la consulta desde su casa, donde tienen una mayor sensaci\u00f3n de<strong>\u00a0intimidad <\/strong>y anonimato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pesar de que pueda parece que hay una posible p\u00e9rdida de la\u00a0<strong>calidez<\/strong>\u00a0frente al contacto presencial o falta de informaci\u00f3n por no poder observar la totalidad del\u00a0<strong>lenguaje no verbal<\/strong>\u00a0(postural, proximal, gestual, etc.), estos\u00a0<strong>no son impedimentos para que se cree una alianza terap\u00e9utica adecuada<\/strong> o para que exista un flujo de informaci\u00f3n satisfactorio entre el psic\u00f3logo y el usuario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A d\u00eda de hoy el formato de terapia online es una opci\u00f3n que cada vez va siendo m\u00e1s aceptada, que ofrece la atenci\u00f3n de un profesional de la psicolog\u00eda de un modo m\u00e1s accesible y c\u00f3modo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Referencias<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Barak, A., Hen, L., Boniel-Nissim, M., &amp; Shapira, N.
